    MOUs are all about dipping a toe in the water. The whole strategy of SMX is to partner with industry leaders to develop industry standards around tracking and anti counterfeit measures. They can only start with MOUs because of the complexity involved.

    Clearly too high risk for you. Perhaps watch list for now.
