CAD used PPP to pump the stock price.
They keep issuing shares. Adds $6.5m to the mc for 1 pip increase in SP + plenty of oppies.
(10b shares+options on issue)
The drill targets where poorly defined + weren't deep enough.
So many other issues with CAD. I used to wonder why anyone would invest in a stock like CAD...
Don't know what's going on now.. but the writing was on the wall.
