This was NOT needed... at a time when the ABC needs to restore market credibility he turns around and lets go virtually all his remaining stock at its lows. After earlier saying that the directors will not be voluntarily selling shares. I wouldn't mind if the board gave him the boot. This move has given me the shts. If you've only got $30k-$40k worth of stock left after its been decimated why would you bother cashing the rest out. Don't tell me he had a margin call on $30,000 of shares and could not pay it.
