Thanks most of you for the input and yes I have had paid advice! It is always interesting to see how others would deal with a similar situation and it doesn't hurt to learn something new.
I enjoy reading about strategies other people use in retirement and with the possibility of a Labor govt., new strategies will be required. That's where I am at.
