NLG need to trade out of this (which will take some time), offload some assets for good prices (which is difficult at the moment) or get someone to re capitalize their business (again difficult at the moment)

RCT almost went broke building a big white elephant well
before its time. The building is still too big for what it needs more than 10 years later, but trading revenue has been strong as the region has had a boom over the same period.

Finch is right, patience for believers, not one for those that want to see action in the near future.
