This is ridiculous. Essentially, directors have tied up shareholders wealth for a year and have reported nothing to shareholders about the state of the books. We did not invest in a private company. We invested in a publicly traded company with the expectation of being able to sell our stakes at our own discretion. What if people had borrowed money to purchase MKE shares?
