Not convinced - need more specifics.

I think the market cap is already demanding and now has to absorb a whole lot of more shares.

Expenses are now big at 4m+ - June cash would be gone by now at that rate

View in Vivo is vague at best in its market presence.

No idea whether regulatory submissions have been made for neurosurgery.

I am convinced the technology will prevail as an intra-operative in vivo pathology tool, it just makes too much sense but the above is looking brittle to me.
