Well the markets are a horrible place at the moment and management have given the market no incentive to buy.
With the consolidation of ATI shares liquidity has gone out the window, a good thing in a Bull market a very bad thing in a market like we have.. add to this delays, a bearish vanadium market and a fairly tight-lipped management team and here we are.
