well on the other hand as of last year they do have accumulated losses of 45M+ and already registered on the ASX , at 30 % company tax thats reasonable at the current market cap. Those tax losses are probably the most valuable asset.
Maybe someone out htere who is actually making a buck can snap it up for a tax write off.
