To add, the sp will really take off once the deal is signed as there is still a possibility that the deal will be off. That is unlikely but not impossible. Then the CR, which will allocate shares to Auscann may "repell" some people. But those shares will be held in escrow as well as the new canopy shares. At SXT / LPE no ordinary sh or CR-sharks were involved in the CR which made sure there was no huge sell off after the transition. The parties involved are real and true LT holders. Should be the same here.
Anyone who is able to hold for 3 months and longer will be rewarded. To take advantage of sp movements I hold a core and trade the ups and downs with some extra money.
