Mate not every shopisticated investor dumps them I have participated in a fair few and mainly from ringing the company sec or ceo and saying I have x amount and can not get them on market. They either know someone who has a chunk for sale or they keep you in mind. And you don't take it up without knowing what direction and iev expectation are coming up, As placing with those who dump is not good business and its a small industry and those that do don't get invited back to the trough for decent placements in decent companies.
