RB,
If it is not reported to shareholders it reeks of something sinister in my mind.
I will check with ASIC but it is my belief that situations like this need to be reported.
1. What is the term of the loan?
2. What is the interest rate?
3. Are there any other conditions we should be aware of such as being able to convert the loan to shares?
4. If this was so, at what rate?
If there is an unreported loan to the company then I believe that the directors are getting themselves further into hot water!
I don't see any greatness in this at all!
