Completion date of the deal is 31st March 2013 or 24th Dec 2012. But they can't issue any more shares. That means the cash in the coffers has better be enough to see them through.

If explorations and pre-production is required to be maintained, then cash will be spent and IMO, this could expose WDR. This kind of predatory takeover could force WDR into a corner like SDL whereby you have to accept a reduced offer purely because you're over a barrel with no cash.

I'm buying back in and voting no.
