    h'mmmmmm....

the g's which have an exercise price of 75c paying 10% evry 6 mths in 2007 are up 4c or 4.16 per cent today!

whilst the vol is a touch tiny the recent added movement on the buy side in the ordinaries (nhr)suggests possible neeewws of interest on the eps side night be announced

the fed govt & nsw budget spending initiatives on infrastructure will be most welcomed

nhr already ahead of full year figures npat 872T 03/04 based on 6mths ending 12/04 results already annouced

30m cash in the bank effectively means their debt free and provides the oppportunity to leverage up and potentially buy a ah plant hire, kennards,or some other equipment hire operation that will take advatage of a nieche mkt and add to eps

worse case sonario keep in the bank a cop a lazy 1.5m

one of the costs of listing is that the mkt is always looking for more (growth in eps) so they'll have no choice but to go and seek out acquisitions/options
