No it wouldn't then it would look like a cap raise was coming. There was 50k that went through at .09 a few days back - that to new looked like a strong signal. My guess is people are looking to take a position given a positive quarterly is due - perhaps marks effort to secure some type of arrangment on yellowfin is gathering a bit of interest. Either way 8 mill MC is about 17 mill less than we deserve - even with oil struggling to break and maintain over $50. Given the recent 100% rise on smallish volume it just goes to show where this could go very quickly with a spike in the price of oil or an announcnent on yellowfin.
