I must have missed that about the names.
Managers name is "Atif" from Etrade. That's how he spelt it. He knows all about it and rang me back this arvo, and will call me again Friday with more info from the decision makers. I have had it all recorded and he has agreed with me all the way so far. Big pain but worth it.IMO
