They told me at Etrade that because they have to place the order "manually"( by actually having to use a telephone instead of a computer) that it would put a lot more "strain" on their resources.???????
On the one occasion that they did allow me to centerpoint trade (by mistake I might add) there were no extra cost incurred to me.
Poor little "vegimites" . It just does not fit in with their cost cutting and profit raking.....They need to downsize the human element....
