I put a post up about it last week.
What it is is sophisticated traders and brokers can use the centerpoint trade but it is not available to retail traders through Etrade or Comsec. Its only for the elites as I call them.
Although it is supposed to be a level playing field, it is clearly not. All thanks to ANZEtrade and Comsec.
Although they are self confessed "leaders in their field" they are both unwilling to provide a platform on their site to enable retail traders (mum and dad investors) to trade this way. It is their own choice and it is about as fair as the entire banking system that both governments and banks force upon us Citizens.
Although the government has allowed an alternative to the ASX recently, ANZ and Commonwealth banks have not caught up and as such have not even started working on a platform to enable everybody to be regarded as equal and therefore be able to trade like the "special" people.
I rang Etrade last week and requested that that they place a centerpoint trade for me . they did as I asked ,then when I tried to do it again, they refused. Once they relised that I was not "special".

If everybody started ringing them and requesting the same centerpoint trades and then give them a serve like I did then maybe they might pull one fist out of their A*#SES. Untill every body joins in and complains about this elite style behaviour, then im afraid they will not change.

Stand up and ring them to complain. At this point that's all you can do unless you take your business elsewhere.."
