One aspect that has not really been discussed is that there is no exploration / mining expertise on the Board with the only expertise via consultants. It is quite possible the entire Madagascar venture will turn out to be half baked. Given that I would be surprised if shareholders vote for proposed Directors remuneration. It is almost as if the Directors have come to the conclusion that the project is a dud and and their options are of little value and the the only way of getting a return is through the substantial fees they are asking for.
