Went to the presentation today, very interesting but a fair way to go. Canopy is valued at about $250M and TWN, once the deal is complete, would be valued a $50M at today's price after deal and before capital raising. Deemed issue price of shares is 0.55c, where steini got his raise price from. So another 500M shares or so. Also 20:1 consolidation will put downward pressure on price, as always.
It is very difficult to put a price on TWH post deal, but $50M+ seems a little steep without a license to grow. But I like the story and will follow.
