Yeah hardiman you're pretty much on it but I think they plan to consolidate and then do a raising at $0.05....this one was only tiny $1300 for admin....you know like they all went to lunch to celebrate and that was the drinks bill....or maybe the carpet needed cleaning at the new office...or a new cappuccino machine...who knows for sure.
