The US, and most of the Western world have been preparing and boosting their military hardware including Australia. Most countries with a bigenough GDP are boosting their military.

Trump abandoned the Nuclear pact so he can boost nuclear weapons stocks with newer versions. He actually said something like "The Russians creating more nukes while we are not" something like that anyway.

Its not as if the US/UK/EU are not preparing for war because they are. The US has sold hundreds of billions in military hardware to S.Korea and Japan and they are trying to sell to other countries like Australia which they have shafted with a 20billion price tag for aircraft that still cant operate without being taken out of service.

All this war preparation is more about money and profit than anything else. I wouldnt mind betting that Putin, Trump and other world leaders are in league about all this. Scare everyone so they military industry can make money.
