re: Ann: Company Insight - Developing Romang ... If you take a look at similar announcements over the past 2 years you will see that this is pretty much par for ROL.

The biggest issue I have with ROL is the constant dilution to favouring 'sophisticated' investors or the directors at cost to the retail shareholder.

I honestly hope it pans out well for you but I wouldn't suggest anyone start accumulating more shares based on this.
