From memory, the Russian spent about $58m (a portion of which is still in the kitty) and the market cap is much less than half that now. If SRK is any good he'll just buy the rest, if not, the share price will continue to languish in the absence of substantive progress.
SRK are in a difficult situation: in partnership with a group(s) with whom they appear to have little trust and operating in countries where they seem unable to master the local political vicissitudes.
