Well, I just read the news,,,not a fan of these convertible notes at all BUT we have the cash required to move FWD....I think this will keep us from going lower short term. IMO we will be trading closer to 1 cent in a few weeks and we are going to have some serious selling pressure in the future due to the fund dumping into any SP rally....
Oh Well,,,its a lifeline we needed...Lets hope they can become cash flow positive soon and find a resource and then we will all make some money long term IMO...the sooner we get good news, cancel the note facility and do a regulart successful placement the better for all of us IMO.
