    There is serious potential here. Potential for everyone to lose alot of money.

    They're probably going to announce that they raised no money - I agree with that.

    This company is like a junkie - just looking for its next fix. It will take it from anywhere it can get it. A bit of cash to keep it alive for a few more months.
