In answer to the conspiracy theories - a cursory check of ASX annos would show you if you cared to look that CRJ went into a trading halt in July 2011 expecting to announce presumably the same deal, but could not close it at the time. The fact that they were still working with the vendor was reiterated several times since then. How much more transparency do you want?
