coalworks has the asset but extracting the coal will be a problem i think. all the locals want it to go ahead. but they must get all the facts.ie environment issues will be a decider

they were going to used dewatering of the mine for the power station
prefered method of disposal involves the reinjection of the waste water into the aquifer sands in the general area to the north or north west of oaklands
or they may used evaporation ponds on the power station site or inject saline stream at considerable depth.

since oaklands is the flagship of the company this is a major issue
on the plus size large amounts of coal in the area
that mine has a 30 year life annual rate of 10.5 million tonnes
economic reserves over 1000 million tonnes
area involved is 5km in length by 3kilometres in width
now add coal works reserves
