Pretty much agree with UniBlue, IRE is an exceptional company but i'm not sure the current price offers much upside particularly in the short term.
If the price were to drop closer to the $6 mark i'd almost definitely make an entry but it would depend on if there were a catalyst for that decline.
I work in the finance industry and we use xplan, an iress product. It is easy to use, easy to administer and also manipulate to fit the use of each person. Definitely think they are a company worthy of being a core holding, just need to wait for a better price IMO.
