Wow, I just saw your last post Browny144 and after 18 months you jumped just recently???

I hope you can find a better quality share. I know this share appears to be slow and boring but it is growing.

Its last quoted NTA was 36.9 cents and it made 2.69 cents for the half. I'm pretty certain it will match that result in the second half which means the NTA will be close to 40 cents.

This company is cheap in every way you look at it. One day it will get noticed and then the SP will scurry along but until that day, just be comfortable in the knowledge that they are making great returns (especially if you compare it to bank interest).

Even if they only make 5 cents for the year, that is a return on current close of 5/31 * 100 = 16%.

Add the buyback and the div and you can't really go wrong with this one.

I do hope you find that pot of gold, Browny144, that you are looking for but for the rest, patience is a smart-man's way of making money.
