One very disfunctional company!
We have been asked to vote, but i agree to some extent with mofaith, we need to hear both sides of the story.
One would assume that tsang has very good reasons to attempt to initiate this coup BUT we do need to know more.
God help us if Tsang gets really annoyed and decides he's had enough. How many shares could he offload?
