Over 10% of the volume of the new shares sold today. If the shares went to close allies maybe only a few will get dumped. but if they rattled the tin on the nearest street corner we are in trouble.

Personally I think they mostly went to mates. The company has been 'unable' to supply me with the top 20 evidencing the huge volume going through this prior to, and post the cap raising announcement. They will only be able to do this later in the week *once* the new shares are allocated and flow through to that report! So that red flags this for me that there is a possibility they are trying to cover up the source of those shares. I therefore harbour a suspicion some share recipients may have been selling prior to the cap raising ann.
