The holder notice indicates that it was "on market " although it doesn't specifically say so, but i checked the deepth on the day and they were not publicly listed, and the course of sales didn't indicate a cross trade, so most likely was a broker ring around and arranged sales, because it went through in many parcels,, 10 or so,, 500,000 to 1,000,000 at a time.
