    Hydraulic mining - Cheap as chips
    30um grinding - Lots of power but infrastructure in place
    300m b-double rated road - easy as pie

    Environmental approval should not be an issue

    30% bandwith on recovery with a roughly 25% bandwith on IRR, cannot loose money of you tried

    This is just my opinion
