Actually, there's been a fair bit of shenannigans over the past two weeks. There's a hell of a lot of 100-ish share parcels being traded back and forth, slowly eating the SP downwards. This isn't a very liquid stock; real (> $1000) trades are not that frequent. Most of the volume is algos and bots playing silly buggers.
