Looks like Eritrea are continuing their clumsy efforts to come in from the cold. Have to ask what is the sense of the present western policy of isolating Eritrea though.

Obvious the regime is not just about to fall over and reading between the lines are willing to cut deals and compromise with western interests. Which would help security in the region.

Present policy only going to push them further into the Chinese sphere of influence and steadily diminish any leverage the international community has on Eritrea.
