    When CP gets his royalty fees from CITIC, he might loan out to ARH (with MASSIVE interest payments of course). However, he might use that to fund his coal projects instead. Don't forget CITIC's CAPEX...

    "Development of the project has so far been a disaster for Citic, with costs blowing out from an estimated $US2.5bn when the deals were signed to $US6.1bn ($5.7bn) at the last estimate."

    This may take 10yrs of royalty collections from CITIC to pay for ARH's capex, so more share issuing to CP.
