    great news Dean, looks at PLA's MC, just 32m, less than 1/3 of net tangible asset and 1/3 of somkey hill construction cost.

    Needless to say 1/5 of Panton project value.

    SP dirty cheap, I can only find in 2008.

    I'm not surprise SP will be back to asset backing level--21c soon, if the $170 million deal reached, PLA has chance to touch dollar mark again!
