    I suspect the NCI announcement and trading halt may have something to do with PPG raising so much cash this month!

    It will be interesting to see what NCI do and whether they will sell into PPG.

    If this were to occur PPG would then become a $300m turnover business. I'm sure it will then start to get onto some index's.
