What are peoples thoughts on PLA finding a partner for their Panton Project in Oz as per the below announcement?

At first look the Panton Project reserves really aren't that large and the cost will be much higher than SA to produce / build?

Be interesting to see the revised DFS coming out shortly.

Who would PLA be targeting? Chinese / Japanese companies that would like to diversify away from Africa?
