Few things about this takeover. This is the second takeover attempt by QCH and the first one failed. Wonder why? Probably not a descent price. If so I would say 71c is fair and reasonable.
Secondly there doesn't seem to be any other company around that would come in and make a higher offer. But could be wrong.
Overall I can't see the price going much higher than 73c - 2c above the bid price. What do you reckon?
