Gold miner Ramelius Resources Limited (ASX:RMS) has inked a deal with Terrain Minerals Limited (ASX:TMX) to acquire a the Coogee gold deposit.
The Coogee gold deposit is located northeast of Kambalda in Western Australia and has been purchased for $900,000 cash.
The completion of the transaction is expected to occur next month.
Ramelius Resources reported a net profit of $16.1 million in the 2011 financial year.
