The terms and conditions seem to mirror the GHT takeover very closely.

I have been browsing through the old announcenments and posts for GHT on this forum, a tedious way to gather all of the facts. If another poster on this thread was involved with the GHT takeover they might be able to give us all a summary.

Having been a CUY holder since the float and well out of the money I am very pleased at the prospect of recouping something from the ashes.

The Japanese Tsunami really hammered the nails into CUY's coffin. It is possible that under the HAV banner and retaining the same staff and equipment we may yet see some value from the CUY project.
