I agree with you that Hills Industries will be interested in QTG.Hills already operate the electronic security division and are looking to growing this division as per their annual report.Would there be any other companies interested?The Helmsman security business was sold last year.If you are buying QTG shares at a discount today to the net assets some time down the track you should unlock the value.
