That's my guess. I think back to the fighting talk Mark was saying a few years back. He doesn't seem to me to be a quitter. As far as I know its usual practice for an MD to get a years salary if he's effectively made redundant. I.E the capitol raising (SH Bashing) goes as per Big Ed's plan. To me its a softly softly HOSTILE takeover.
