They have not been very specific other than saying that they go for the bigger projects. 1.7 mln dlrs worth of new projects have been announced. It would be nice to know what sort of margins they are aiming at. If mining companies will make more money in using Solar Power compared to diesel than for me SOO is the one to buy.
Any announcement that backs this thinking will give a ramp to the SOO price.
