    At this stage, the problem here is not about fundamental issue

    It is market issue,and technical issue now

    The market and the PLA is on the down ramp.

    I am not going to touch the peak, and foot the bottom, I will only wait and see

    And I don't think it is a good idea to buy in at any technical resisitance for PLA
