The only people I can think of with vision and money to take opportunity of this situation would be Glencore/X-strata. I doubt if the likes of any other company (BHP's and RIO) would be keen on this.
Though you could have smaller players, but i doubt it. I effectively see KZL putting up the sign "FOR SALE" on their assets.
