This Bayer Settlement has got to be getting close to being finalised surely, considering the whole settlement has been done on good terms by both parties, partly on Tyrians side for an expediant resolution.
From my understanding it is with Bayer for Finalisation, so can hit anytime I guess.
If it was me I think I would have approached a no win no fee law firm by now, but thats just me.
