KZL dropping out of the ASX200 will likely have a negative impact on the share price as many funds management firms can or will only invest in top 100, top 200 or top 300 companies, so there may be selling from managers invested in KZL and also reduced buying demand.
Whether the sp rises or drops dramatically upon re-listing is mainly dependent on the amount they received for LL, assuming there are no nasty surprises in the half yearly.
If KZL got less than $70 million I'd expect the share price to fall. If they got $70-$80 million the share price should steady. If they got more than $80 million (which I think is very likely, I'm tipping around $90 million) then expect the share price to jump.
